My name is Teodora, and I’ve been plant-based for more than 7 years now. Although plant-based eating is fairly common in my circle and with the new people I meet, there’s always the same question that pops up whenever they hear that I eat plant-based:

 

“SO, WHAT THE HECK DO YOU EAT THEN?”

 

This was one of the reasons I wanted to write this book—so I could hand people something that answers that very question. These are all the things I eat!

 

Why Only 5 Ingredients?

 

Let’s be real—life is busy, and the last thing you need is a long list of fancy ingredients for dinner. That’s why this cookbook is all about keeping it simple: just 5 ingredients per recipe Please note that salt, pepper, and water are excluded from the 5 ingredients.

 

I chose this approach because I believe eating well shouldn’t be complicated, and our bodies deserve better than ultra-processed, overly packaged foods. When we stick to whole, natural ingredients, we’re not just feeding our hunger—we’re fueling our energy, clarity, and overall happiness.

 

With fewer ingredients, cooking becomes fun and stress-free. No endless grocery lists, no complicated steps—just easy, delicious meals you can whip up in no time.
